Job Description

Day to day responsibilities of the role:
answering phones at a switchboard with a welcoming attitude and correctly forwarding calls to the appropriate person/group (Training provided on how to determine where calls should be routed) 
Required skills/experience/education: previous experience preferred
– requires strong communication skills, executive presence, multi-tasking during high call volume with a calm, professional demeanor. Candidate will be responsible for the first impression with clients both on the phone and in person. Experience in a professional office setting.

 
Desired skills/experience/education:
4-year college degree or will consider an HS diploma with extensive experience

Microsoft Office 
Technical Phone Skills
