17' Camper (Centre, AL Lake Weiss for sale in Atlanta, Georgia

I have a 17' 1979 Nomad by Skyline camper that can sleep four that I am asking $1200OBO. It comes with a fullsize fridge/freezer and a recently redone 8'X8' front porch. It has a regular household toilet that is plumbed directly to septic line and a five gal hot water heater that works very well. Everything in this camper works except for the gas furnace but it is easily heated with a small electric heater that comes with the camper. This camper also sits on a very nice lake lot with a large dock and will come with a 12' Lowe flat bottom Jon boat. There are 2 boat ramps in the campground and the lot rent is $1200.00 per year.
